How to use CBD

Common forms of CBD are sublingual oils, edibles, tinctures, creams, capsules and inhalables. There are no consequences for trying a CBD product, but the team at Wake Forest Hemp do recommend asking our staff for helpful advice to help find your best solution to CBD early on. The effects of CBD may vary based on time it takes to become effective and the duration of the effects once used. Some methods, such as edibles, may have higher quality results for aiding in sleep issues, whereas; a cream would be beneficial for more superficial aches and pains. Different methods work differently and effect people at a different rate.
